LeadAlign is a simple install once you sign up. Our Installation Team will reach out to get your website credentials and then using our custom form builder, recreate the forms on your site and match up your fields with LeadAlign. We then install the code so your site can interact with LeadAlign’s secure system. If you prefer we can also pass over installation instructions to your web team to complete the install on your behalf.
LeadAlign is incredibly affordable at just $150 per month. If you have more than one website you can use your same account and manage those leads too for just $45 per website per month. There is a one-time set-up and installation fee of $250.
No contracts. LeadAlign is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. Switching back to your old forms is a snap and we will help you turn off the system on your site if you decide that LeadAlign is not right for your practice.
This is a simple process. First we use our Form Builder to recreate the forms you have on your site, just like you see them now. Then our system generates a new form using our system code to implement on your site. If you have a WordPress site, it creates a custom plugin we implement on your site. On non-Wordpress sites, it generates code we use in place of the forms on your site now. Our Installation Team then will log into your site and change out your forms with the LeadAlign code and perform testing. From there, you’re ready to go!
By default, LeadAlign does not replace your current system of how you reach out to leads. The system will allow you to click on the email address of your lead and it will auto open your email client (i.e. Outlook) and populate the lead’s email into your email. You then respond to the lead within your own email system. LeadAlign also allows you to use custom email templates so you can quickly send out template-based email responses for routine information and inquiries.

Yes. Our system can be set up to allow your virtual consultation form to go directly into the LeadAlign system. You can allow site visitors to upload photos and securely view them within LeadAlign.
