Questions
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
The iPhone and Android apps are coming soon. Today, reps open LeadAlign in their phone’s browser and add it to their home screen, so it opens full screen like an app. LeadAlign shows them how the first time they sign in.
Does it work when the screen is off?
In a phone browser, keep LeadAlign open on screen while you drive. Plug the phone in and the screen stays on by itself. The iPhone and Android apps, coming soon, will keep recording in the background with the screen off.
What happens with no cell service?
Everything keeps working. Leads and trail points are stored on the phone and upload automatically once there’s signal again. Map tiles for streets you’ve already viewed stay available.
Can reps turn tracking off?
Yes. The menu has a switch to pause their trail for lunch or the drive home. While paused, their location isn’t recorded or shared.
How do reps join our map?
Add their email addresses under Team. When they create an account with that email, they land on your company’s map. You can also let anyone with your company email domain join automatically.
Will it drain the battery?
GPS and a lit screen use power, which is why LeadAlign keeps the screen on only while the phone is charging, unless you choose otherwise.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage seats, cards and invoices or cancel from Billing in your dashboard.
